How do I create my matrimonial advertisement in keralamatrimonials.com?
  First you have to enter the site and create a unique "Username" and "Password". Then you have to create your profile and upload photograph / horoscope. You are then assigned a "Registration Number". In all further communiqué you will be identified by this "Registration Number".

Then you have to make payment to us by DD / Cheque / Money Order / Credit Card.

Your matrimonial advertisement will be displayed immediately when your payment is realized with us.

Please Note: Please write your "Registration Number" on the back of your DD / Cheque / Money Order in order to identify the payment with your profile.

What is registration number?
  When you upload your profile in keralamatrimonials.com, a "Registration Number" is assigned to you automatically.

You shall need this "Registration Number" for future to use when you wish to contact us or for making your payment.

You can login to the site by means of the 'Username' and 'Password' you have registered with.

What is "Edit Profile"?
  You can make additions or deletions to the profile you have uploaded with us. A user who has logged in can contact other profiles.

How can I improve chances of finding a perfect match?
  You should provide a comprehensive self-description. You should also make your expectations clear and simple. Profiles, which have photo in them, attract greater responses.
How can I remove my profile?
  Login with your "Username" and "Password" and then select the "Delete Profile" option.
How should I contact the other members?
  You can search through our member database using the "Search Profiles" option. When you wish to contact a profile, click on the "Contact this Profile" option provided below each profile - to send a message to that member. Remember - only "Paid Members" can view full details of the matches.
Why don't I receive any response?
  How can anyone contact you if you have a wrong E-mail address on your profile? So check to ensure all information provided - especially the E-mail address - is correct.
Where do I enter my expectations?
  When you select the "Add Profile" option, a form is displayed. Here you should fill in your expectations in the "Expectations" field along with your self-description. Please remember that good descriptions yield good results.
What do I do when I don't get any results from 'Search' ?
  Check your search criteria with different word combinations. This could bring you better results than just single word or item.
What should I do if my credit / debit card authorization failed?
  Make sure you have entered the correct credit / debit card number and expiry date. If you continue having problems, please call your credit / debit card issuing bank and ensure that there is sufficient funds in your account. Alternatively, you could try other Payment Options.
What is "Direct Payment"?

How can I add photos & horoscopes?
  Enter your "Username" and "Password" in the Login Box. You will be taken to a page that explains various options.

Select the "Upload Photo" option.

To add your photo, click the 'Browse' button and select the digital photograph (scanned photograph in .jpg / .gif / .png formats) to be uploaded.

Click "Upload Photo" to add your photo in the profile.

Likewise to add the horoscope, select "Upload Horoscope" option. And follow the rest of the steps.

What should I do if I face problem in uploading my photo / horoscope?
  If you are having any problem in adding your photograph to your profile, send your photo as an E-mail attachment to E-mail: contact@keralamatrimonials.com

You should send the files in .jpg / .gif / .png file formats. The file size should not exceed 300 kb.

You will have to send us your "Username" & "Password" for us to upload the picture into your profile. You have the option to change your "Password" after your profile is active on our website.

Access Problems: What should I do if I forget my password?
  Click on the Forgot User Name / Password link and you will come to a form in which you can enter your E-mail address. We will E-mail you your "Username". Conversely, if you forgot your "Password", send us your "Username" and Registration Number.
How do I change my password?
  Login using your "Username and Password". Click on "Change Password" in the list of options displayed to change the profile password.

In the fields - "Choose New Password" and "Confirm New Password", replace your existing password with your new password and click on "Change Password" button. The new password will get activated. The next time you log on to your page, you have to use the new password.

Why am I not able to login or why is the message "Invalid User Name or Incorrect Password" being displayed?
  Check to ensure that the User Name and Password you have entered are correct. Check if your CAPS LOCK is "On". Please check the case of the "User Name and Password".

If you have forgotten your Password, please click on the Forgot Password option to retrieve the same.

Which are the credit cards accepted?
  We accept all major international credit cards online including - VISA Card, Master Card, Discover Card, AMEX Card, Diner's Club.
